We were so pleased with the care our family member received from Home Helpers. The caregivers were very caring, professional, and trustworthy. Jason and his team were excellent with communication and clarity of roles for the caregivers. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and thank the Home Helpers team for their support when we needed it most.
Home Helpers cared for our Dad when we really needed it. The owner came for the first meeting. The supervisor came the first day to introduce the Helper. They fulfilled all the care that was needed. My Dad enjoyed their companionship as well.
WE'VE BEEN USING HOME HELPERS TO CARE FOR MY DAD AND COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. WE WERE UNSURE HOW IT WOULD WORK WHEN WE FIRST REACHED OUT BUT OUR CONTACT PERSON PUT US AT EASE IMMEDIATELY. WE KNEW THEY CARED AND WOULD FIND A GOOD MATCH FOR OUR DAD. SURE ENOUGH, THEY DID! WITHIN 3 VISITS THE CARE GIVER AND DAD WE'RE SETTLED INTO A ROUTINE AND ENJOYING EACH OTHER'S COMPANY. THIS PUT OUR MOM AT EASE AND ALLOWED HER TO TAKE SOME MUCH NEED TIME TO RE-ENERGIZE. HOME HELPERS HAS ALSO BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN WORKING WITH THE LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE COMPANY. OUR ENTIRE FAMILY WOULD RECOMMEND HOME HELPERS WITHOUT HESITATION.
