Dr. Haller is compassionate and professional. She always takes time to listen and to explain the how and why behind each part of the exam. Her office is a relaxed environment, unlike others I have seen. Additionally, she has the most up-to-date equipment available.
I have needed prescription glasses for years but actually would never wear them. I felt like I couldn't see out of the lens that were prescribed. Dr. Haller is the first one who ever wrote me a prescription that I could see from and they felt so natural. Everything was so clear. She takes her time during the exam. You know how you have to compare one picture with the other? I always have to request that she go back and forth several times but she never gets perturbed with me. I went to 2 different Dr's and couldn't figure out what was wrong and why my eyes were breaking out and swollen the last 7 months. I was told to go see Patty and she knew exactly what was wrong with my eyes and after she told me what to do I could already see results the very next morning!
