Donna has cut my hair for years. The shop is comfortable and seasonally decorated. They’ve had some great social gatherings where folks just sit and talk while waiting for their turn in the chair or just relaxing before continuing with their day. Donna and Rosie have a great working relationship and I wish them all the best.
Took my 2 year old daughter to get her first hair cut with Alexis and she was BEYOND AMAZING! Alexis was so fun and really took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable, showing her the tools she was using and even letting her use her spray bottle. 10/10 would recommend Alexis and will definitely be coming back! (Side note I’ve spent 2 years trying to find a salon in Chillicothe that I really felt comfortable with for myself and my daughter and I have found that with Castle after my daughter’s appointment! Can’t wait for my appointment next month!)

She also explained how often I’m supposed to get a full set completely removed for best results. I really appreciated this information. She talked to me with kindness and respect. By far the best in Ohio. May not have been too every one in Ohio but I've been around Ohio enough and never have I gotten service like I did here. We're new to town and every single one of them made us feel like we was apart of their customer base since the beginning. Super friendly, great prices, and service over the top. My daughter went there today to have her teeth fixed, she has been terrified due to a dentist back in May of this year. Trying to get her to go to one has been a challenge to say the least. Dr. Kennedy and her team were absolutely amazing, she even called this evening to check on her. We are so grateful for her!!!

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful!!! Dr. Crabtree is amazing. He makes getting cavities filled a painless process and makes sure you always know what he is doing. I have seen Dr. Catlos for root canals, and he is also amazing. He makes you so comfortable and makes the process feel like a breeze. I appreciate the entire staff for being kind, caring, and making getting dental work a comfortable experience.
I was traveling from out of state and needed to find an urgent care for a terrible persistent cough. I looked online and was able to walk in and be seen within 5 minutes. Trisha was an excellent provider, she examined me and gave me a COVID test. She gave thorough medical advice & put in prescriptions for me that helped immensely. I self paid and it was very reasonable. I'm so glad I stopped in, I highly recommend their urgent care services.

My first time being here was to put one of my cats down. They were quick to schedule me, so my fur baby didn't need to continue suffering. The staff was very polite and sympathetic to my situation. They gave me all the time I needed to say my goodbyes and put her to sleep before the euthanasia.

Was there today and my cat had an accident in the carrier. The cat and carrier were both covered in feces. I apologized and they were so kind and insisted that those kind of things happen and not to worry! They gave my cat a bath and were so kind to my cat and me! The vet and techs were so professional and caring. I’ve been going to CAC for years and highly recommended going to their Clinic!
Only cost $5 to cut my beagles nails and I was able to walk in they only take cash luckily I had cash in the car. As a new dog owner I absolutely hate trimming my babies nails so I'm so happy they got him in tonight.

We could not be any happier with the care and outcome of our Pearl's first spa day. She got the works and let me tell you, Lynn did an amazing job! Pearl isn't an easy 5 month old Morkie. She's very skiddish and squirmy... we have already booked Pearl's next appointment. Lynn is the only one we trust with our baby.
