“We have been attending personalized workouts at FT for many years. The program is for those seeking personalized training. What distinguishes FT from the big box gym setting is the trainers. The trainers hold specialized degrees and are knowledgeable about body mechanics. If there are any issues, such as injuries, the trainer is able to assist with recovery. The caliber of the staff is top notch. Every trainer is a dedicated professional. The trainer helps you with your fitness goals and customizes a workout to achieve the goal. The encouragement of the trainer is very motivating. FT records your progress and continually switches up the exercise routines in order to maximize fitness. The FT trainers are great with beginners and can also train individuals that desire a hard core challenging routine. Scheduling workouts is super easy as the training session can be scheduled online. The gym is divided into private areas is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. We attend the Hudson gym and the Manager TJ is accommodating and dedicated to making your workout an excellent experience. Would highly recommend FT!“
