Michael, from Steigerwald, has been very helpful for us on two separate occasions. We once had a backup on New Year's Day, and despite being very busy, he took the time to talk me through a solution until he could get to the property. Absolutely wonderful company! We’ve been using them for years. Kim in the office was very kind and professional when scheduling our appt. Michael arrived this morning on time (actually a little early) to clean and inspect our septic system.
He texted me that he was on his way. Very nice guy who took the time to explain the process to me and what he would be doing. My husband usually handles this. Answered the few questions I had and told me that he would send handle sending our inspection off to the county. He followed up with a text saying what he did and set a reminder for our future appt. I called them at 10am and they were at my house by 12 to clean out my septic. I dealt with Michael who was very nice, cleaned up everything good, and price was very affordable. Will definitely be using them again!
