“I first met Mr. Richard Mott (Owner) pre pandemic. After Our initial meeting I knew American Roofing and Construction Inc. would be the company we would retain to replace the aging shingles, gutters and shutters for our home. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and the respect he showed us. Mr. Mott stayed in touch with us throughout the pandemic and the Winter months to see if we had any questions or concerns regarding the proposal or scope of work that he provided us.With things opening and better weather, Mr. Mott contacted us to schedule a date that would work best for my wife and myself. We chose May, 17th. as a good starting date for our complete tear off and shingle replacement for our home. Mr. Mott and his crew worked tirelessly to insure the job was done to our satisfaction. It was truly impressive to watch a true Maestro work at his profession. The attention to detail as well as the attention and respect for our property was impressive. Mr. Mott always took time to answer any questions we had and explained things to us in detail to us as the job continued.Once the job was complete Mr. Mott and his crew made sure they did everything possible to return our property to same condition it was in prior to the new roof installation. I was equally impressed that whatever the price on the initial proposal Mr. Mott and I agreed on to prior to the job was the same price at the end of the job. Now that the roof part of the job is complete we look forward to Mr. Mott and his crew returning to replace and install the new gutters and shutters on our home. “Timperio roofing did a great job on the roof. They were willing to do a third job and fix part the of incomplete job from the previous roofer. Bathroom vents were added and the baffles were corrected that were inferior from the previous roofer only a year old. Soffit vent openings were also corrected that had been an issue. As for the windows themselves, this is the only company in Northeast Ohio that insisted on triple-pane windows (for the same or lower cost as what other operations were charging for double-pane windows with fewer features) because of longevity. We could not be more happy with the windows and doors themselves: Our house is SO MUCH QUIETER with these windows, and we are already seeing our utility bills decrease as a result.

If you’re in the market for new windows, please keep in mind that you are not just buying the windows themselves—you are also choosing the sales and installation. A perfectly constructed window installed improperly is about as good as the worst window you can buy. In the course of installation, Nick found multiple issues with our old windows (several installed by Pella, the other installed DIY by the previous owner of our home) that likely were also impacting our utility bills over the years.

US Windows and Doors did an excellent job from start to finish. We can only give them our ringing endorsement. It would be my privilege to provide references for them going forward, and would not hesitate to call them again when the need arises.“
