So very disappointed. Three strikes and they are out for me. I built a house a year ago. The builder used Right Rug to install the laminate flooring throughout main living area. I decided a few months ago that I wanted to use the same laminate flooring in the bedrooms ( when we built we had carpet put in the bedrooms). Through Right Rug's website I scheduled an appointment for somebody to come and measure the bedrooms. I wrote in the comments of the type of laminate that I wanted to use. I received a confirmation of appointment. Unfortunately Rite Rug did not show up at the appointed day. I send them an email inquiring why they did not show. They did not respond to that email. I tried a third time to contact them. I received another email saying they would contact me shortly. They still have not contacted me.I am not sure how company can stay in business when they schedule an appointment and do not show. So disappointed
