EVERY single time I call, I am on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes. Its too bad you have to waste your entire lunch break to try to get anyone to even answer the phone and they NEVER do. Such a joke

Thank you so much to the staff last night on dec17th You saved my granddaughter's life.She was in a horrific car Accident because of someone looking at thier phone!, thank you so much! ? ? she told me how wonderful you were to her and even sang songs to cheer her up.She is in a lot of pain right now.But at least she is alive

My mother went in when she slipped and fell on the ice. She was in a lot of pain and fractured her ribs. The nurse said she would be back with pain medication and never came back then gave her another patient’s paperwork. My mother told her it wasn’t her paperwork and they just peeled the label off of the other patients name and sent her on her way. This is unacceptable and no human should be treated like this totally unprofessional and I’m sure this violates the hippa policy. I have tried to get a hold of human resource but that’s an impossible task because it just sends you to another recording.
