Well it was the coldest day of the year and we woke up to the house feeling really chilly. Thermostat was dead and my husband replaced it with a spare—didn’t help. It became obvious that this was an electrical issue and not a job for YouTube. Started to hear the sounds a dollar signs. We’ve heard horror stories about HVAC contractors selling people on a new furnace even though the real fix was simple. To top off it off, it was a Sunday and we assumed we’d pay a premium for emergency service.

Mike has been working on our furnace/AC systems since 2002. He recently installed a new HVAC system for us. He is very knowledgeable, articulate, organized, meticulous in his attention to detail, answers all of our questions, very reliable and always cleans up the area he is working. I would highly recommend him for repairs and new HVAC installations!
