I was recommended to Geauga Mechanical by the Building Engineer of my office building. My company is moving to a new suite, and we were looking for a company to install our new AC system in our server room. After being initially responsive, communications from them dropped off. I thought they had ghosted me, so I involved the building engineer, who prompted them. They finally returned a quote after 2 months of me requesting one for 300% over their initial estimate, with no details as to why the official estimate was wildly different from the initial one. I declined to purchase from them and am negotiating with their competition.
Geauga Mechanical removed old system and installed brand new unit. Price was as quoted, communication was excellent through every phase of project, and there was no interruption of being able to serve our patients. Highly recommend.
Great Company. Easy to work with. Extremely proffesional. Pleasant technicians. This company will design, install, replace, and fix pretty much any commercial heating and cooling equipment. They are pretty fast and very fair with pricing. One stop shopping!! Highly reccomended!
