We have been going to this clinic for years now and they have always provided top notch care from wellness checks to emergencies to chronic issues (especially Addison’s Disease) to, unfortunately, end of life services. The doctors have always been amazing, as well as the nurses and vet techs. The animal caretakers also ensure the place is clean and the boarders are well taken care of. We decided to change to Animal Clinic of Chardon after researching options in the area, as we were unhappy with our established clinic. Unfortunately we entered our first appointment with one of our cats experiencing a sudden, unexpected, and life threatening emergency. The staff quickly went to work treating her, rushing her back immediately even though we’d never brought any of our pets here before. Not only was the staff amazingly professional and kind the vet techs and vet was very clear and concise and helped me understand what my pet needed. The appointment was quick and to the point and they made me and my cat Sid feel more relaxed with something that can be stressful. Thank you!
