We have had the best experience with Coach Scott and the rest of the instructors at ATA Chardon. My boys (9 and 5) look forward to their classes every single week. It’s more than just karate- they also teach a lot about patience, following instruction and showing respect. My 5 year old has picked up on so many positive behaviors and I have noticed such a huge improvement with him at home in just a short few weeks of starting classes. My 9 year old is a little on the shy side but has told me he’s so glad he tried it out because he finally found something he loves. He’s so excited for every class!
We can’t wait to continue our training here and watch our boys develop with this group!

While traveling in the area, I scheduled a float tank session at Taproot. David, the owner is a great guy who has built a wonderful facility with a great energy. I'm an avid floater and was very happy with my float at Taproot.
The doctor gives a thorough exam and does a good job of explaining and answering questions. He also does the measuring for new glasses. It took about a week for the new glasses to come in. Everything was fine with them. You may get out cheaper at a chain store, but maybe not as thorough of a job. I'll be back.
The nursing staff is so wonderful. Mom has been here a month and feels at home. She has enjoyed all the activities and loves the food. The “C” floor staff have been super helpful and caring.
Amazing service, Hannah does an out of this world perfect job every time. Jacky is always incredibly welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I am so grateful to have found such a gem

Friendly, relaxing atmosphere. My hair dresser does a wonderful job and knows exactly what I want done from coloring to style. I just love her.
Shop owner is a great person. Very engaging with children and always makes sure the hair cut is the way you want it. Little more pricey than your cost cutters or name brand place but it is a local business so an extra few dollars is well spent.
Stylist: Jesse always does a great job. He cuts exactly the way I ask him to. He is very kind and friendly.
I really like this place. Is nice clean and very fordable. I have my pedi done by Keera, a sweet, beautiful girl. She is pleasant and works well. I'm staying as a permanent client.
Cleanliness: New chairs, clean bowl, sealed and disposable instruments.
Stylist: I am visiting Chardon and went to Nu Nails for acrylic fills. Mr. John did an outstanding job on my nails. He is a perfectionist and artist when it comes to acrylic nails and polishing! My nails look super natural, and the shape and length are exactly what I asked for! Very pleased!

Polished is the ONLY salon I will go to for my pedicures. Both Rachel and Bella are the best you can get! They offer multiple pedicures that all start with a foot soak and ends with the nail polish but the one I get the pedicure that includes a foot and leg massage - It’s totally amazing. I would, and do, recommend Polished Salon to everyone.

I have been going to Marci for my hair for about 37 yrs., since I was 21. She does an Amazing job on my Color and Hilights !! I get compliments all the time, from customers at work to standing in line at the grocery store. I drive all the way from Mayfield hts. for my appointment and have driven in a Blizzard before ! John has been cutting my hair for many years. He's been cutting hair for over 60 years. Every haircut I have ever gotten from him has always been perfect. Usually nowadays I just tell him to cut it how he thinks it should be cut and he does. Looks perfect every time.

Had my nails done on Tuesday the 19th of September for my upcoming wedding! Melissa is by far the best! Friendly and fast service. Will never go anywhere else. Tim is fantastic, when we heard "someone" (a flying squirrel) having a party in our attic he came to the rescue! He spends time investigating, does an extremely thorough job, and initiates preventative measures to ensure attic is secured. Thought id try and save money and take care of these yellow jackets in my 2 shubs about 2 weeks ago..Got a product from Amazon that contains a crazy glue substance..Put out 1 and collected about 600 hornets..Thought WOW im doing a great job. There are 6 sides to this product and i counted about 100 on each side. They stick and cant fly. Put out a couple more same results.Im thinking how many are there? After getting stung a few more times, felt it wasnt worth the pain and called Bugs.Told him ive killed over a thousand with these traps, He said believe me thats just the tip of the iceberg..You have 2 nests and there are literally THOUSANDS in your shrubs..He shooked the shrubs and they exploded with hundreds of jackets, dozens attacking him..He sprayed them and said he would come back the next day which he did and to my utter amazement NOT a SINGLE yellow jacket was in sight. I could NOT believe it..Thank you Bugs for i teaching me a painful lesson not to screw around with hornets!!Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
I've been a patient there for over 10 years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a problem with that office or anyone there. Everyone is so helpful, encouraging and honestly cares about my dental health....yes I said health. A dentist and and dental appointments are just as important as any medical doctors. I recently read a review about that office that was horribly wrong and the person who wrote it sounds like a miserable person and probably a difficult person and patient. If they were that unhappy, they should have went somewhere else years ago but they've been a patient for 20 years??? Too much miserable time on their hands. The dentists at that office do so much for our community and donate so much of their personal time to the community, to say are making a profit and money off everyone is absurd! Its a business. And I'm sure they've worked hard and earned that business as it should be. I recommend Chardon Smile Center to everyone!!!

Dr Carolyn & Dr Tom, as well as all of the Vet Tech staff are just amazing. I have nothing but five stars to give this Clinic. They treated my Marley like their own up until his last day here with me and my family! Any appointments I needed, they accommodated with and went to the end of the earth to make ME and my anxious baby feel safe. I will forever and only use this pet hospital!!!!!!! ⭐️?⭐️?⭐️
I was in need of switching vets and with my kitty’s complicated medical issues she can’t be seen by any vet. My initial call to this vet to see if they could even help her the staff was amazing. I get her records over to them and they reviewed them with 2 Dr.s and called me to discuss my options. The compassion they showed me in every call I made to them was awesome. Then walking through the door the amount of thought that went into their set up was noticed right off the bat. They have a drive up window for early morning procedure/ surgery drop offs. The Dr. calls to give you their findings and follows up. I would recommend the veterinarian practice to everyone! Amazing staff! Thank you!
