As an Esthetician and business owner Myself I really tried my best to be understanding but the months I have been waiting my patience has ran out. If you are an esthetician or trying to Take a training with Vershante I personally don’t recommend because of the lack accountability and being unreliable. Vershante posted Back in April for a “Threading and Tinting course” I was interested and in May I paid the deposit for the course. The course date was made for June 6th. Vershante reached out to me to Reschedule due to her being sick. I was very understanding with her and said it was okay. It took 1 week for her to respond that the new date is July 24th , Almost a month and a half from the original date. I didn’t receive an email on the location , time or things I needed to prepare for the day of training. It felt like everything was completely unorganized. It was very hard to reach her for the simplest questions. She even mentioned that I was the only person signed up for the class. As July is approaching, Vershante messages me a week before our new scheduled date that she needed to reschedule my course date again for the second time. I live 3 hours away and I couldn’t keep rescheduling and I have been waiting since May. Everything felt unprofessional and up in the air. Vershante and I came to agreement that I may get a full refund. She allowed for a full refund. At first she didn’t give me an exact date for my refund and I waited a week later for a response. She respond that I will have my full refund in the 60 day mark. I have been waiting for for 70 days now trying to get a hold of her for the whole month. She has been ignoring me & even accidentally called me and blocked my phone number. Its very frustrating because I waited so Long for a course that never happened and now I lost my money. I don’t recommend her course. There is other sources out there for brow tinting courses like The Brow Girl.

Vershante is both professional and personable! I love how meticulous she is and takes her time to create beautiful brows! She never disappoints.
