“My landlord had Beard come out to assess my home for a leak from the washer into the bathroom every time it would drain.

Beard promptly assessed everything in a kind and courteous manner. Above and beyond care and attentiveness, even investigating other issues they weren’t there to assess.

Unfortunately my landlord chose to get a second opinion, dragged their feet and the other company was deeply wrong, Beard was right and my daughter’s room, bathroom, etc flooded. due to the entirety of the line in my front being cracked (just like Beard said!)

If it was up to me, I would’ve chose Beard right away. You don’t get more honest, thorough and kind service than this. I really wish my landlord chose Beard for the work.“
