We are so happy with our Dog Watch experience from start to finish… from our consult with Justin, to the install by Mike, and finally the training with Dave. From beginning to end, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, personable… and they have reached out multiple times to make sure we were happy and didn’t need further assistance. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for dog fence solutions!
Justin and his crew were wonderful to work with. Prompt, polite and knowledgable! We knew that DogWatch Hidden Fence was a good product because we have it installed at another one of our homes. So it was a no brainer, but Mike who installed the fence was great, he made sure to ask questions about what our expectations were and provided great suggestions. Even though we have experience with DogWatch Fence, the current install was an upgraded version so there was training needed for us and our dogs.
David the dog trainer was awesome with our dogs. He let them get to know him at their pace and he made sure to praise and reward for a job well done.
Absolutely amazing experience! They made it extremely easy for me and the price is more than fair for what you are getting in return! So many packages to look at with plenty of options for everyone’s own situation. Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
