Love Brittany Mullins..she is so talented., with great ideas & suggestions...and fun....Everyone is very friendly . It is a very clean & very up to date on styles, colors & products. It's a quality high-end salon ! The coffee is great too !

I have been going to Diane Joseph's Salon for over 20 years and have never had a problem with anyone at the salon, let alone the owner! I would be happy to have anyone cut, color and style my hair. I have had several pedicures, manicures, body massages, reflexology, etc. done and I have had many people I don't even know constantly give me compliments on my hair color, cut, style and even my nails and have been asked where I had it done. I feel everyone at the salon have become like sisters to me, especially Suzanne who has been there for me so many times I could not even begin to count! I think that style hair cut was a modern and youthful retro cut and looked great. Knowing Suzanne for many years, she probably was concerned about any damage to her " large bulky sweater" the first time and was glad to not worry about it getting any hair clippings in it. Suzanne would never wish to say anything hurtful or mean. I am sure she had apologized right away if there was any concern. As far as not looking over her stylists shoulder, she goes to great lengths and expense to make sure all her staff are trained in many ways and should be able to trust her stylists. I am sorry, but I find it hard to believe that anyone would think poorly of anyone who works in her salon! I have always had excellent customer service and am happy to go back again and again. I highly recommend going to Diane Joseph's Salon!!!!

Such a lovely salon. So much personality. When you walk in Suzanne always makes you feel welcome and like family. All the girls are great and experienced. Best salon in Chagrin Falls by far!
