Honestly, hadn’t had my eyes checked in a while. Dr. Shepard and Michele were incredibly helpful today. Not only were they extremely kind about not coming in sooner, but they were willing to answer all of my questions and explain the entire process to me.
Dr. Jurcak and the entire staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and provided excellent care and endless help to me over the years. From choosing a great frame to diagnosis of eye issues, they are professional, patient and caring. I recently had an emergency and Dr. Jurcak got me immediately in for diagnosis.Their early hours for those in service are difficult to find. Terrific all the way around!
Visiting my in-laws this Christmas and my left contact popped out. Stopped by to see if they’re able to help. I showed my prescription and they were able to give me new contacts in the same exact brand! Really grateful they were able to help, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to see for Christmas! No wonder my in-laws love this place!
