The staff genuinely got to know our pets (2 cats, 1 dog) and visibly cared about and that's always been a comfort when we have to board them. We recently had to board our pets for 2 months (during the chaos of moving) and we knew they were in good hands, got updates from the kennel during the stay, and I can't thank them enough for keeping our pets safe.

We feel so good and confident that our elderly cat is taken care of when we go on vacation for a few weeks twice a year. Everyone shows great affection to the animals♡ Its a well taken care of and clean facility. We have used them 4 times and always feel good when we leave him in thier hands!

My wife and I have used Alador Pet Resort 3 times before. Each time we have had stellar service from the entire staff for our yorkie named Odie. So obviously, when we were planning to travel abroad for the week last week we made sure we made a reservation for Odie. I happen to notice a couple of discouraging reviews from other folks and I was concerned. Did something happen with staff, service? However, when Odie arrived he was greeted in rockstar fashion. Everyone had been looking forward to seeing him. The staff was more than happy to keep us informed as to how he was doing during the week. When we picked him up, he was groomed, with nails done.
