Friendly front desk the eye docter him self doesn't like giving a middle to the frames it's either way to low for me to too blurry and he gets mad when he has to keep going back and forth on the lens

We had an appointment for 2 adults and 2 children on 12/28/23. We also brought our 2 year old who terrorized their waiting room. Sarah and Lisa behind the desk were incredibly polite and helpful. Staff was super efficient getting us back there and our prescriptions, and helping pick out the frames. Glasses came in less than a week. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Find it hard to believe the same staff is responsible for all these negative reviews when our 2 year old was causing all kinds of chaos in there waiting room they remained overly kind and helpful.

Extremely helpful staff even when I had insurance issues. Went above and beyond to make sure I was still taken care of. Every single front desk employee helped in some way and all were kind. Thank you!
