Everyone was amazing! I received a gift certificate for a facial from a friend and made an appointment for the Centerville location. I had a bad experience years ago at a different place so I was pretty nervous. The woman I talked to on the phone put me at ease, explaining the checkin process and what skincare and medication information I would need to share with my specialist before the facial. When I got to the office, Theresa was amazing. She answered all my questions and put me at ease.The facial was incredible and so relaxing. I feel like she redeemed my past horrible experience.
