My thermostat needed to be replaced. I stopped in the Celina office where Janine was 100% helpful and patient with me and my situation making many calls and sharing several images with multiple service people to answer my questions. Thank you Janine. I have been a customer with CW Service allowing Janine to see the heating system I have and to recommend the correct replacement part and schedule an appointment for the next morning. Only people I'd call evem with the messed up mess qe had they were on it and made sure we were taken care of and had water. Definitely dependable service and people and wouldn't go anywhere else.
