After a recent fall and tearing my hamstring, I was not sure what path I should take to get the fastest results and return to as normal as soon as possible! Massage, chiropractor, just give it more time? I ended up making an appointment with Community Sports and Therapy to see if they could help me. Stacy Holland was a true gem! She not only provided top-notch care but gave me exercises to do at home to help me heal, Stacy also educated me to better understand my injury. I have been struggling for two years with my pain with my Siatic Nerve not really knowing exactly if that was the cause and always thinking I can work it out on my own( as I always think to myself) but finally decided to be done with the pain and went back to CST❣️.
