Very happy with their service! I was pleasantly surprised at how prompt they were in diagnosing the problem with my Kirby sweeper and getting an estimate to me. The problem was fixed and my vacuum was ready for pickup in two short days (even with bad weather!) I would definitely recommend this business!

I couldn't find needed parts for a repair to my discontinued model vacuum - Mary went above and beyond to find the parts and schedule the repair - wonderful customer service!

Celina Vacuum will go above and beyond to help their customers out with their vacuum and floor care needs. The vacuum may cost a little bit more, but not by much. Sometimes their prices are lower! But what you get in return is many years of quality vacuum use rather than just a few years when you buy from Wal-Mart or the internet. You get advice, great service, and great repairs. You can't go wrong.
