New to the world of RVing, I found myself buying a Carefree awning through Brock's website. Soon I was on the phone with an excellent and knowledgeable rep named Connie. This was OLD SCHOOL first-class full-service phone service with timely and thorough email follow up. Connie was my liason for Carefee Awning and the random trucking company who lost and then tried to hold my awning for ransom. Connie slashed through it all and took care of me.
