He had left a business card a few years ago at my house because they roofed my neighbors house....<br>(Also, an insurance job)<br>He said, wind damage?? so filed a claim with my insurance. As I weaved my way through the process, he anticipated what would happen before it happened and was correct..<br>Great communicator and work ethic, If he told me something or said something would happen.. It happened. "Imagine that"<br>Usually your wondering why they haven't called you back, or where the people are at.Not this company...or Grayson<br>ZCI Coordinating with my insurance company during installation to make sure I got all new plywood sheathing (decking) to nail my new roof onto, sending many pictures to them during the process to show the condition of the wood .<br>All new decking all new roof!!<br>Grayson was there the whole time during installation Taking and sending pictures supervising to make sure everything was done as we had planned and he had promised<br>He made it a painless process. Grayson was the only employee I ever communicated with or needed to. He is a great representative of ZCI GC..He took care of everything as promised..<br>Never have my experienced such good service. Great company. Highly recommended. Once contacting them and meeting I never even considered calling another roofing contractor... Hire them!!!! ????????“
