Amanda Herman was an absolute pleasure to work with in our recent home sale! She spent considerable time and energy working to ensure the home was professionally photographed and marketed . Amanda did everything possible to set the stage to bring potential buyers to our home. She was quick to respond when questions arose and we accepted a full price offer the first weekend the home was on the market! Amanda is an honest professional with strong values which were consistently demonstrated throughout the process. We highly recommend Amanda and Realty One Group Refined!!

Call BRANDI WOODS !!!!! Five star for a five day close. She is an amazing woman and did a wonderful job working as a buyer broker. Fees are extremely low I almost feel bad, but I have heard it’s typical to get a split on the agent fees. If you’re buying or selling start with her and you will be shocked at how simple it can be when you have an agent with a great sense of humor, knows how to navigate around the market and paperwork to make a deal fast and secure!! Thanks again Brandi if we sent xmass cards you would be on our list!!
