“I previously had an issue that was not caused by their installation, but by a faulty circuit breaker from the manufacturer that caused a small electrical fire. When they heard about this, they immediately reached out, and the owner came out and inspected it. He did whatever he needed to in order to make it right, which in this case was replacing my ENTIRE circuit breaker with a new one without any question and extremely quickly with no cost to me, which honors their warranty (maybe even surpasses it).Not only did they do this, but they came out fast, were extremely professional, and truly championed me as a customer. They left the breaker in better shape than when it started by fixing wiring that did not meet code (not their doing, was the homebuilders doing), and labeling all the wires. All of this was them going out of their way to do me right, and I truly appreciate it.This is truly indicative of a good customer experience, and I will be using them again for any of my electrical needs. The only thing I regret was not calling them first before I tried to rectify the problem myself :P“
