Jordan and his team were amazing. Jordan arrived within hours of calling Dry Patrol. He gave me an estimate for clean up on the spot. He didn't pressure at all, but did offer to get started that day if I was ready. I did want to get the clean up started right away, and he set everything up. They came back to the house most days to check the progress and adjust everything. I feel like the clean up was perfect, everything was dried very quickly and completely. November 27, 2023 - Dry Patrol assisted us to repair water damage to the lower level of our condo caused by a broken water pipe in Loveland, Ohio over the past couple months. They responded immediately to stop further damage. There was significant damage to the ceiling, dry wall, carpet etc. They got everything dried out and repaired on a relatively quick basis. They were wonderful to my elderly mother! Brian was awesome! They were responsive to our calls, texts and emails. The office staff also assisted us in getting necessary info to the insurance company for reimbursement. They got the work done efficiently and well.
