The customer service is excellent, with staff being caring, loving, and helpful. They are proactive in reminding clients of appointments and provide trustworthy opinions and diagnoses. Many have been taking their pets there for several years, indicating a high level of satisfaction with the services provided. It is clear that everyone at the hospital genuinely loves animals and is dedicated to their well-being.

? My pets have been going to Thompson's Animal Hospital for many years. Everyone on that team is a bonus to the business. Doctors Robin and Kent are definitely in the right profession. They take their time. I never feel rushed. They answer any questions and make recommendations and suggestions for ongoing care... making you feel like you're the only patient in the building. ?
Amazing place. They Do Care about Animal. We had a like a big emergency, sadly they had no place for schedule for the day. But as soon we told the Vet the problem. Immediately they said YES come by. Thanks for that kindness our Pet was recovery fast.
