The quote was fair and the work force on time and professional. Took care with our garden borders and trees, and clean up was very good. We're very happy with our new roof and the choice of Strongback.

After a storm, they were very quick in providing an estimate, they worked with our insurance adjuster and caught important things that were left out of their appraisal. I feel that they went above and beyond and didn’t treat us as just a job. They listened to what we wanted, were very informative, communicative, professional, and provided quality work! The crew was very respectful of our property and when they finished you couldn’t even tell they were here. We had a 60' tree fall on our house, our contractor never came back to finish the outside of the house. Karlos gave me a fair quote to repair what was not fixed and within a week or so Karlos and Tom came out and fixed the house perfectly.
