Service was incredible, team did an outstanding job, was very respectful, and cleaned up after!! Their driver pulled up, saw the pending sign and attempted to reach us prior to servicing the lawn, to make sure we wanted to continue. “After a long, painful process of starting a hardscape project that was seemingly never going to get finished, I decided to change companies and landed on Bluegrass to “save the day” expecting the bare minimum since it was started by another company. Boy was I wrong to expect so little. These guys came in, made some minor changes but a huge impact. They did more work in three weeks than the previous company had accomplished in 5 month, gave me an even more custom look, and were overall great people to have around. Down to earth conversation, a willingness to assist with additional little things when it was within their abilities, and always leaving the work space cleaned up at the end of the day made the process feel like I was being treated like family. I would recommend them again and again. We look forward to continual partnership with the guys(and gals) at bluegrass for holiday lighting, bed maintenance, and design changes to landscaping as our style changes over time.

If you’re not convinced yet, please note that I added on a putting and chipping green at the end of the patio project because I was so confident that they’d deliver a show stopping feature.

“Very good local business. We have been a customer for years. We started with a tree planting project. The soil is incredibly hard clay. A boring tool was used to dig holes for the trees and the bad soil was removed and carted off. Good soil was put into the holes for the trees. After all, it makes no sense to try to plant a baby tree in awful soil. Then, we started a lawn mowing service and a snow plowing contract. We have not had enough snow to ever have them come over to plow but they’re close by if we ever did. This summer we had an installation expansion of a front yard flower bed. Again, the bad dirt had to be removed. This was just a few weeks ago so it is not fully planted yet. The stepping stones to our front door entrance are very helpful. The mini rose was the first transplant as it has been very hot to plant. Recently added some hens and chicks in too. The happy stone is a gift from the little girl that lives next door to us. It the stone painted purple by the first stepping stone. It has a yellow smiley face. We move it around as we plant. It’s an ever changing landscape adventure. ?????“

“We have used them for a few years now. They always provide great mulch and this time even squeezed us in for a delivery same day. The delivery driver is always very nice and makes sure to put it on the driveway carefully. Would definitely recommend.“
