    I bought a new pair of glasses in November of 2023 and the frames broke so I returned to the store and they reordered a new pair and it took a few weeks to come in and then I only had that frame for about 2 weeks and they broke and I have been waiting 6 weeks for the new pair and they do not have an answer on what they are going to do and when I leave a message no one calls me back

    I was in the Canton area over vacation and I stopped in Penny's and my glasses were filthy from road travel and the lady Justine I believe cleaned them and fixed a hinge and never charged me a dime! Awesome place with great people!

    I had an appointment at 1:30, got there ten minutes early. There was a woman in line so we waited behind her. She was asked multiple times if she had an appointment, she didn't. At 2:15 she was helped, we were still in line. They asked what we needed, I said I had an appointment at 1:30 for an eye exam. They replied it's 2:20, I said yeah I know I've been waiting here for over 45 minutes. They said sorry the doctor went on lunch. No solution, we just had to leave. I also have a broken foot so this is beyond an incovenience for is. Beyond livid with the treatment and problem solving here.
