She was always prompt when showing me houses, she responded almost immediately to my texts and questions, she was such a joy and went out of her way to ensure that my home purchase went smoothly. We recently worked with Brad and Stephanie Hayes on the sale of our house and it could not have gone more smoothly. We interviewed 3 realtors and they were the only group who not only provided immediate feedback on our home but also offered help hiring anyone we needed to complete work to get the house ready to sell. They had quick and reliable contractors, painters, an HVAC company, and concrete workers that were able to help us prepare. Communication was also key for us as we had never sold before and they talked us through the whole process and explained everything. We had a great experience with them and would use them again any time!

I just bought my first house using Hayes Realty and had a great experience doing so. I had the privilege of working with the owner himself and he made the whole process incredibly easy. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered quickly and accurately, they walked me through everything I needed to do and even connected me with lenders and insurance providers upon request. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Highly recommend!
