Excellent customer service from the time I arrived! I wish I could remember everyone’s names from the lovely young lady who essentially checked me in (weighed me, took my vitals, etc) to the nurse who started my IV, I DO remember nurse anesthetist Denny (he was GREAT - kind, comforting, professional), the Dr. Honestly, the entire team was the best.! I would highly recommend this practice! Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Wonderful medical group! I was a patient there for a routine colonoscopy and all of the staff was terrific. They explained everything every step of the way and were very sympathetic when I conveyed that I was nervous. They truly made me feel like I was their only patient! I will continue to use this medical group in the future!

Great experience, Great prep and Great bedside manner! Answered all my questions. Kept me calm about a procedure for my first time. In and out in under two hours. Small wait times do happen because you have to understand people need different accommodations. Everyone from front desk, to colonoscopy prep employees, to person who put me out, to Dr. Keterpal himself to the discharge nurse, everyone was wonderful, professional, courteous and understanding. You will not find a better experience elsewhere.
