“Needed heating element for Maytag dryer. I wanted an OEM part because considering what this thing was (exposed red hot element), did not want a house fire. Wess was extremely helpful and they had part in stock. They also took the time to walk me through process to access & replace old element. New part was identical to broken part and fit perfectly. Nothing I found online looked the same as original part even though they said was compatible with my dryer. Sure, it was slightly more expensive but the part was OEM, perfect fit and dryer was back in service in about 45 minutes. Hopefully I don’t need to make anymore appliance repairs, but if so V&V will absolutely be my first phone call.“
