The optometrist was nice. Front desk needs to learn some basic customer service skills. Younger blonde was just rude from the beginning in person and over the phone. The brunette was very helpful and polite. My prescription expired and I debated on going back so I called and they were rude then so I found somewhere else to go.

I need a new left temple due to a defect. Accent on Eyes tells you that you have a 1 year warranty and I am still within the warranty time frame. Dr. McCleod refuses to get me a replacement. I can only deduce that there is no warranty; even though, you will be told there is one. Also, please read my Google review from the time of my original purchase for many other issues with this eye center. Buyer beware!

If you are looking for a good doctor, one that is thorough, has personality and isn't afraid to take time to answer your questions...then this would be your man. Also, his staff is very friendly which is always a plus.
