This place is FANTASTIC! Went to turn my furnace on the first cold day this year and nothing happened. Called A&L and Lacey was able to get me an appointment that day! They gave me an almost exact time they would be at my house so I didn't have to leave work and wait around. I really liked the fact that my technician Bill sent me a picture and text before arriving.When Bill arrived, it was a simple fix and within minutes my house was toasty warm. Our furnace went out Saturday! I called my local furnace company in canton ohio. They said 180$ to just come out because all there guys had worked there 40 hours. I thought since I spent almost 3,000$ in summer they would help me. NOPE. I called A&L and they were out same day. 120$ I saved 60$ from the start. Technician bill came. Explained everything. 5 stars. 10 stars if I could. I now have a new furnace guy and company for life. Thank you bill and A&L. Amazing business, called and had a tech at the house same day. Needed a new unit, had Ethan out very next morning. Unit was installed within the week. I'm thankful my family can stay comfortable through this upcoming east Tennessee summer!
