Initially says can do the work and short turnaround and will call when done. No phone calls. Follow up on items and get the run around from both people in the shop. Disappointing experience with this shop

Actually not sure. What I do know is they never answer the phone. Also see this is a continued problem for yrs. I'm trying to find out if my windows are ready for pick up. Question if anyone calls to let you know. Hate to think I have to drive out there to find out. I can't speak on the quality of work, haven't seen it yet. I can speak on their phone customer service, it is in desperate need of help. Like another line and someone to answer it if needed. I see set up appt on your page, impossible when you get no answer on number listed.

There's no place in the area that I've found that provides a high level of quality work for the price than here.It's a family ran business that has been in service for several decades.
