“I went to Tri-County because of pain in my shoulder whenever I extended the arm, which was resolved within a few weeks, working with Kaitlin. But if then became apparent that I had significant range of motion issues. As recommended, I then went to an orthopaedic doctor, who diagnosed severe arthritis with bone spurs, needing a total shoulder replacement. Brian did a great job of preparing me for the surgery, and facilitating my recovery. Recovery from surgery was generally good, but reestablishing external rotation in that shoulder became unexpectedly very challenging. He was very determined and resourceful, and with some help from Mikki and Stephen, and using multiple approaches, we eventually got the shoulder working. Everyone in this office is very knowledgeable and skilled, and also personable and caring. Even during the most frustrating times, their encouragement made me comfortable with the process. Also, I think the one on one approach makes a big difference. I don’t think I’d have had as good a result elsewhere.“

“Jean has been my physical therapist for a couple of months and I wish I had been given a referral to her a year ago. I have a vestibular issue that causes dizziness and migraine regularly. In just two months of therapy on my cervical spine and VRT, I'm so much better. Before being treated by her, my average day to day was 50%. I'm easily 80% now. I have more days now where I feel great than I have in a long, long time. I've even had more than a week straight where I felt good. It's phenomenal.I think her strategies go against the grain and probably don't follow standard protocols, but it works. And it works better than VRT I was in a year ago with a different provider. “I was referred to Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital for a Sleep Study, to see if I might have Obstructive Sleep Apnea. The Staff were fantastic. I am sorry that I did not get the gentleman's name who assisted, but he was helpful in getting me set up, and leading back out of the building. I do want to bring attention to Briana. She was the Technician who set me up for the Sleep Study, and took me through it, start to finish. Briana explained every step of what would take place, and answered any question I had. It is a bit daunting to have to go through any medical testing, and it helps to feel at ease. Briana provided the information regarding every step of the procedure, which helps you to not be left wondering. In the morning Briana woke me, and advised me that a Doctor would review the results of my Study, and send the findings to my Primary Care Physician within two weeks. My Primary Care Physician should contact me to discuss, and to contact my Primary Care Physician if I do not hear from them. For a night spent with wires stuck to my head, and all over my body, including a wire type thing strapped under my nose to monitor my breathing, it wasn't totally unpleasant thanks to Briana, and the staff at Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.“
