Eric Ocheltree was very professional and a subject matter expert in quoting my window replacement project. Ultimately the professional manner, ease of communication and scheduling, warranty, pricing and financing options lead me to select Pella over 2 other companies I had price this project for me.

Met with Mike Peronek today, very knowledgeable about windows in general and very knowledgeable about Pella windows he represents. Mike was able to help me understand how my existing Pella windows work, how to maintain them, and help with several replacement windows that were needed in a new home I purchased in Poland, OhioService: Window installation
