“When my husband passed away, we had planned on sending him to NEOMED, but he had a catheter implanted in his side, so they could not take him. At that point I started to panic! I just searched the internet for help. I reached cremation services and they were on it right away! The paperwork was all on the internet, the customer service was fast and Dan Madden tolerated my ten thousand emails without getting frustrated with me. I have no idea on prices at all, so I honestly didn't even 'shop around'. I am a first time widow with no plan B in place, but all these services including death records and a veteran's flag came in under 1k. Thank you Dan and company for just being amazing!“

“We were up from Florida visiting family and decided to try to find my great grandparents graves. The office was closed but we ran into Doug who worked there and was leaving for rhe day. I asked him how to go about finding the graves and he went out of his way to look them them up for me and take us right to them. What an exceptional person you have in him. The cemetery grounds are so well kept it's amazing. Keep up the great work.“

“I honestly don't have enough words to describe how absolutely amazing Gary , Kim, and the entire staff was with our entire family through the process of losing my cousin Chad. From the day we called them it was instantly like they were family. They felt like family is the best way I can describe it . They answered every question, they called numerous times throughout that week or so while we were making arrangements, and they handled everything so professionally and personally. We even joked ( my aunt and I ) to Gary that we would visit him because we felt so close to him and kim throughout the whole process that even after all was said and done, we wanted them to know how grateful we all were of them . Just last week they also took care of another cousin who passed and we were glad we could recommend them ! If you are here and reading this looking for a place for your loved one to be handled with care , then this is absolutely where you should consider going. Under the circumstances and having to do this unexpectedly, they made what was the worst time in our lives feel a little less heavy . We love them and truly hope that you would trust them to handle your loved ones wishes ❤️ we cannot thank you enough!

They even permitted me to make payment arrangement for another family member. I can make allowances for people who want to be of service people above making the end of the dollar.“
