They plow the parking lot next to my business and tore up my grass. I called them with no response. The second time I called I was told it was fixed. I called several more times and finally spoke to the owner, Tony. He was rough and said he fixed it. It was not fix even if he came out. He was arrogant and disrespectful. He told me that I was wasting his time and that it had already been fixed personally by him. I begged him to meet with me so we could look at it together. He said he was not meeting me and if he was in the area he would stop. I have never heard back from him

Charged per hour and when they showed up, the two who were removing leaves we often on their phone and took a break in their car. I figured they might have been taking a lunch break and were off the clock but when I got the bill it was $500! For them to come out once and remove leaves $500 means I will never hire them again.
