Tom was absolutely amazing! He was so thorough and went into depth on everything with me personally and professionally. He provided me with my report less than 24 hours after the inspection! The report itself is very user friendly and breaks the report down into sections for you. He took the time to go over the inspection and answered all my questions and concerns himself. Very personable and on time. Highly recommend and will be using again in the future! Also, his prices are extremely reasonable and upfront.
