Ed was absolutely awesome. He came out within two days of contacting him and was able to do a later (evening) inspection for us. He even took the time to review what he had found. Overall a great experience and would always recommend.

Ed came and inspected our new home. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable. He clearly pointed out the few things he could not check due to the current owner's furniture and made sure I understood all the concerns he noted. I don't plan on buying a new house soon but if I did I would gladly used WInkleman Home Inspections again.

Winkleman Home Inspections takes the worry off of your head from the get go. After our initial conversation and approval, we schedule with the selling party through the appropriate services to a schedule that works for you. We work neat, using drop clothes and inside shoes for your future home. We are very professional with follow up and produce very detailed reports with many pictures. We are appropriately insured and am also multi-certified. (Ohio has just recently passed the requirement for home inspector licensing, but is just now in process with final details.) I have already taken a the National Home Inspectors Exam, which is one of the requirements. Your confidence can be rest assured that your inspection will be done right.
