From initial conversations with the agency through bringing our new addition home and even to today, Open Arms has been warm, transparent, and supportive. The agency’s dedication to finding loving homes for children in need is evident in all they do and the ethos of love and support starts with the director who clearly sets the tone for the organization. I was impressed by the agency’s dedication first to the child and secondarily to supporting birth mothers through an impossible decision.

We have been working with Open Arms, specifically the Columbus office, for five years now and cannot say enough good things! They are strong advocates for children and will walk with you through the whole adoption experience, which trust me, you will need! Something important to us when we were choosing an agency, was that they had ethical practices and put the kids first. We found that and more through OA. The whole team there goes above and beyond for their families. If you are feeling led to adopt - through infant adoption or adopting kids already waiting in foster care, then this is the place for you!
