Chris was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. He made some suggestions to improve the safety of my home and was not pushy trying to sell any unnecessary services. I was comfortable listening to him and confident in his professional opinion. I would recommend Mack Heating and Cooling to others.
Mack Heating and Cooling techs arrived on time and although they had to make a few adjustments to the piping they did it diligently and to our satisfaction! They wore booties to protect our floors and they were on time also!
The technician provided great service. He kept me informed of each step he was undertaking and he showed up on time and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Would highly recommend.Service: Repair HVAC
