Almost all of my home's major systems are original, so they are/were around 23 years old. I was told by another HVAC company that my furnace had cracks in the housing of the furnace. I got pricing from 3 different HVAC companies; Keystone offered me the best price AND even replaced my original hot water tank for a great price. On top of this, they let me put it on my credit card without an added charge. The technicians were all very nice and didn't leave behind a mess in my home. They've come out recently to check to make sure that the AC unit is working as it should be because it couldn't be checked in the cold temps of January. My only criticisms... read full review

Very professional group of people - during the quote process Chris was on-time, and he listened patiently to our concerns and our wants. Without a hard sales presentation - yet he provided much needed information (he did NOT give us that used car salesman feeling), he was not trying to push his own agenda.I can not say that Keystone's quote was the cheapest. We got 4 quotes - Keystone wasn't the cheapest, but they were comparable, and the price was within our predetermined budget of what we were willing to spend.
