We took my stepson Henry to this location a couple of weeks ago because he was coughing. Found out he had beads stuck in his ears. We were told to make an appointment with the ENT as soon as possible. We were told later on that we didn't have to so it for a couple of weeks. We asked to get that in writing. Nobody wanted to help us. In fact, the nurse we talked to tonight was very rude and disrespectful. She actually hung up on us.

Everyone was so kind and attentive. I was in and out so fast. The PA took the time to listen to every symptom and explained everything to me very well as she went. Probably the best urgent care experience I’ve had

Great staff, very kind and efficient. Doctor had very poor bedside manner and did not communicate empathy with us or with my 4 year son. Wasn’t impressed and won’t return unless changes are made.
