Rude!!!! Don't go here! They were so mean to my mom during her office visit today. They told her that her dog would get cancer if she didn't get her spayed! And told her that her dog was going to die if she didn't get all her vaccines done! I'm so over this clinic. So mean!! Hope you guys feel good about yourself being rude to a 60yr + woman.

***GRAPHIC PHOTO *** Took my 7 month old puppy to them ON HER DEATH BED because of parvo and THEY NEGLECTED HER. She was in their care for 5 days and she came home with matted feces on her, especially after her just recently being in for a UTI. They treated her for the UTI and our home care instructions are to keep her area clean, because of her Anatomy she is prone to UTIs . The OFFICE MANAGER denies they would release her in that condition and she "stands behind her techs word" even though I have picture and video evidence of the matted feces all over my dog, after being laid up in a bed for 5 days !!!! Ridiculous. Will not be getting anymore business from us and I DO NOT recommend Only gave them one star because I couldn't post without one.

Over the years I've dealt with several local vets and the occasional trip to Columbus to utilize their emergency hospital. I live in Muskingum county and last evening I could not find a vet to put a dog down. It's already a hard decision but it was one that needed to be done. NO ONE would accommodate where I live. Due to COVID and appointments needing to be made my options were drive to Buckeye Lake and pay several hundred dollars or wait until the end of the month for an appointment. On a whim I contacted GVC and am glad I did. This ladies were wonderful. They not only stayed late but were so kind and compassionate for the animal and the owner. It was a tearful situation that made a difficult loss more tolerable. I have only wonderful things to say about this staff. I'm grateful for finding this clinic and have chosen to use this clinic as my vet of choice. Great job ladies!!
