My contractor had an exterior door custom-made at D&S doors. The door turned out perfect and it fits great, but it had the wrong window in it. It had clear glass instead of lattice in the glass the starburst pattern. I called the owner of D&S who explained how to remove the window very simply, and bring it back to him, and he would give me the right window for the door. I did that I saw what a beautiful shop he has, and how friendly he was exchange the window immediately at no charge, and I highly recommend this place for all your door needs.
